Though the interest had existed for many years, our family’s opportunity to commit to small farming and homesteading began in 2020 when my husband and I purchased our home in Red Oak, North Carolina. Spurred on by my son’s first 4-H poultry show projects, we found ourselves tending to a growing flock of chickens and uncovering overgrown blueberry bushes and muscadine vines lovingly planted by the family who’d tended the land before us.
My undergraduate studies (Emory, Anthropology c/o 2013) inspired a fascination with the connections between access to good food and the health of a community overall. My hope is that, even if only in a small way, our offerings strengthen our customers’ ties to these aspects of life.
Moving forward, we plan to continue innovating and diversifying our offerings, exploring new crops and products that align with our values and meet the needs of our customers. We are committed to stewarding the land, promoting sustainability, and fostering connections between people and what we consume. Our farm is not just a place where goods are grown—it's a hub of creativity, collaboration, and growth, driven by a shared passion for farming and a deep respect for the land.

Curated with Care
Today, our farm produces a diverse array of goods, ranging from fresh eggs and berries to artisanal jams and herbal products. Our commitment to sustainable practices and better living guides every aspect of our operation, from cultivation to distribution.
While our primary focus is on providing locally sourced, high-quality products to our community, we also explore avenues for expanding our reach. We sell our goods through community-supported agriculture (CSA) programs, via online platforms, and foster connections with other local producers to bring our customers the very best.
